FEES
Use the sliding scale below to determine your workshop fee based on your agency's annual operating budget (total support and revenue for the past fiscal year) and length of class.

Under $200,000 or unaffiliated individual	$60	$80
$200,000 to $1 million	$95	$130
$1 million to $5 million	$130	$180
Over $5 million	$160	$200

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make every effort to attend workshops and events for which you are registered.
If you cannot attend a workshop, you must notify Andrea Dispenza in writing no less than THREE full workdays prior to the workshop date. Send email to: andrea@supportcenteronline.org.

You have the following options:

Send another organization representative at no extra cost Register the new participant for the workshop. In the Comments section of the Online Registration Form, indicate that he/she is taking your place. Receive a voucher for any other workshop of equal or lesser value. Vouchers must be used within one year of the date of issue. Receive a refund (minus $15.00 handling charge) in the same form as payment

Refunds or credit vouchers will NOT be issued to registrants who do not send written cancellation notice three full workdays prior to a workshop start No reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend your scheduled workshop

The Support Center reserves the right to cancel any workshop and to substitute workshop facilitators.

If we cancel a workshop, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You may then choose either a full refund or a credit voucher.

NONPAYMENT POLICY
Failure to remit payment for a workshop or event (e.g.,Meet the Grantmakers) will prevent you & any person(s) associated with your organization from participating in future Support Center trainings or events.
