PANELISTS WILL INCLUDE:

� Cheryl Ikemiya, Senior Program Officer for the Arts, Doris Duke Charitable Foundation

� Naomi Jackson, Program Associate, Rockefeller Brothers Fund

MODERATOR:

The session will include both a brief panel presentation and �small group� discussions between the panelists and the participants.

Participants will have the opportunity to have meaningful discussions with the funders and to brainstorm with their peers.

DISCUSSION TOPICS:
� How the current economic climate will affect funding in 2010 and 2011

� How funders make determinations regarding the direction of their arts funding

� The challenges funders face in sustaining support for organizations they are committed to while providing support for new organizations and initiatives
