Would you like to learn how to address disagreements brewing within your board, staff or volunteer pool before they escalate?

Details:

Learning to manage these disagreements can result in a more positive work environment and increased productivity�as well as greater job satisfaction.

Through discussion and interactive exercises, participants will:
� Identify the possible causes of conflict
� Describe the qualities and symptoms of conflict
� Present a framework for managing workplace conflict
� Apply management concepts to actual scenarios
� Discuss types of conflict that require special handling

� Executive directors and senior staff
� Board members
� Managers/supervisors dealing with conflict issues

Facilitator's Bio:

ANNE GREEN is a founding partner in Griffin Green Consulting (GCC), working as a management, governance and organizational consultant to NYC nonprofit organizations and their boards for the past 12 years.

GGC also works with corporations to encourage their selected employees to become involved in the nonprofit sector after their participation in the GGC �Nonprofit Board Excellence� course. Anne also serves on the Leadership Council of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management and Governance Matters.
