| Details: | In this workshop, you will set goals for a hypothetical event and discuss:
• Strategic planning for new and recurring events
• New budget considerations: saving money, creating the right impression
• How to create a timeline
• The pros and cons of program and event strategies
• How to determine the necessary collateral materials to support the event
• How to create post-event evaluations

| Facilitator's Bio: | SHARON McCULLOUGH is President and owner of Expert Events, a special event planning company, founded in 1992. Prior to forming Expert Events, Sharon spent 12 years at the University of Pennsylvania doing special events for development and alumni relations.
Sharon’s primary focus is working with nonprofits and academic institutions for their milestone events such as anniversaries, inaugurations, groundbreakings, building openings and campaign launches. |
