In this workshop, we will
� Highlight the most popular social media tools
� Review demographics
� Share a process to help you build a social media strategy

We will also look at nonprofits that have built their own social networks and expanded interactive community building through other forms of online communications�including website, email, video and mobile.

Facilitator's Bio:

ELIZABETH RICCA began working at Big Duck in 2007. Big Duck works exclusively with nonprofits to help them raise money and awareness. In her role as a strategist, Liz has worked with a number of nonprofits with diverse missions and communications needs, including Auburn Theological Seminary, East River Development Alliance, and SCO Family of Services.
