This workshop will show you how to reduce your risk of fraud through the implementation of effective procedures and “best practices” such as:

• Setting the proper tone at the top of your organization
• Implementing effective internal control policies
• Creating the proper culture and work environment for your organization

You will also learn how to identify “at risk” employees and how to spot the warning signs of theft and embezzlement.

GARY EISENKRAFT, CPA is the principal of Eisenkraft CPA Consulting, a New York City firm specializing in nonprofit organizations. He is a member of the Not-for-Profit Committee of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in accounting for nonprofits and has lectured at various forums including the New York County Lawyer’s Association and Workshop in Business Opportunity. He has written for Innovation Journal, Focal Point, and the New York Times.
