By connecting your excitement for a position and showing how your skills and experience can benefit an organization, you will craft a professional snapshot that is sure to make a potential employer take serious note.

Facilitator's Bio:Cathy Wassermanr provides career, executive, and depth coaching to individuals seeking to increase their personal and professional fulfillment and realize their authentic talents and goals, through her business Self-Leadership Strategies. She has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector including work as a training director at the Support Center, a recruiter, and an organization development consultant. Cathy has an MSW from Smith College and a BA from Wesleyan University.
