In this highly interactive session, participants will learn how to develop a program logic model.
Because of its user-friendly template, the logic model has helped many organizations articulate and draw connections between their programís resources, services and desired outcomes. While incredibly helpful for planning purposes, the completed model serves as a snapshot of a programís various componentsómaking it equally invaluable for marketing and evaluation. | Facilitator's Bio: | Laurel Molloy is Founder and CEO of Innovations Quantified (IQ), a consulting firm that has been helping organizations increase their impact since 1999.
