| HOW IT WORKS |
| Each Certificate Program provides 30 hours of effective, practical, and
affordable skill-based training in
7 workshops over 18 months. |
 Upon
successful completion of the program, participants will receive a
Certificate of Completion and 3 Continuing
Education Credits (CEUs).

ENROLLMENT |
| Complete the
ENROLLMENT FORM (in SurveyMonkey). |
| There are no admissions requirements for the Certificate, and no
grades or exams. However, you must follow these requirements: |
- Partial attendance in any class does
not count toward the Certificate
- To receive CEUs you must complete the
online feedback form after every workshop
