FEES
Payment is due two weeks prior to the rental date.
We accept cash, credit cards, and checks made out to the Support Center for Nonprofit Management.

(Media equipment is available for weekday rentals only.)

Rentals During Non-Business Hours
Rentals that begin before 9:00 am or take place on weekends require a key to be picked up at least 48 hours prior to the rental date, during the Support Center's regular business hours. This can be arranged with Tai after you have received your Confirmation Invoice and have made payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you no longer need a room, you must notify the Support Center at least two full weeks prior to the rental date. Send emails to Tai: tai@supportcenteronline.org. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the rental date, you are responsible for 50% of the Rental Fee.
ROOM RENTAL NONPAYMENT POLICY
Failure to remit payment for Room Rental fees may prevent you and any person(s) associated with your organization from renting rooms or participating in future Support Center trainings or events.
