There's nothing like a new tool in the toolbox to reinvigorate your marketing efforts, stimulate your creativity and expand your horizons.

The session was incredibly informative, well run and reflective of the general level of excellence that defines all the Support Center's work.  The other trainees were a great group of people, from disparate but nonetheless impressive backgrounds.

It was great to learn the difference between being and ED and an Interim.  The ED requires vision and leadership while the Interim requires the ability to stabilize an organization in transition while assessing it to help the Board fully understand what they really need in their next CEO.  Both require significant financial acuity.

I liked the guest presenters very much. The mix was good and added to the pace and content. More importantly, I applaud the on-going support provided by the organization and the team. BRAVO!

I am in an IEL assignment now and have used the materials to reinforce and enhance what I am now doing.

[I most liked the] networking possibilities and the opportunity to connect with the Support Center's resources and acumen. I liked the breadth of the skill set of the attendees. Panel of practitioners was especially insightful. Presenters had an excellent grasp of the subject matter.

As a community foundation president I am asked for guidance in times of transition so this new knowledge will be very helpful both in understanding better what nonprofits are experiencing, but also in providing help. Also, as a grantmaker, this knowledge base will be helpful.

Great participants; stimulating conversation; the candor of the panel participants; the experience and forthrightness of Support Center staff.

I thought there was a great intention to share a good deal of information and promising practices of an emerging and complex field of interim executive leadership in the nonprofit context. John, the facilitator was knowledgeable and smart; and Don added some useful insights from time to time.

The aspect of the learning that engaged me the most, though, was the initial exercise because it was experiential. Brainstorming around case study issues was also very engaging for me. I'm an experiential learner and tend to favor those kinds of experiences over direct instruction.

[I will] use the tools in my new role as ED to do a rapid assessment in first 30 days.

[I enjoyed the] exchange between participants level of knowledge and experience of facilitator and panel.
