- Organizational Assessment & Intensive Financial Analysis
The Support Center can provide financial, HR, and program assessments, identify problem areas, and recommend changes. We assist leadership and the board to make sound, thoughtful changes, enhance performance, and effectiveness of the institution. - Board Engagement
Many organizational challenges are the result of a lack of board involvement and poor fulfillment of basic board roles and responsibilities. Our turnaround specialists work closely with the board and CEO to promote full engagement in the health of the organization. We enhance knowledge of basic board member responsibilities, clarify the board/CEO relationship, and highlight fiscal and governance accountability. - Succession Planning & Leadership Change
When founders or long-term leaders leave some especially difficult transition issues often ensue. However, there are also opportunities. We can help current CEO�s prepare themselves and the organization through Executive Coaching services. The Support Center can also assist with creating carefully crafted Succession Plans, and through the provision of Interim CEO Services.
