With over 20 years of experience in strengthening the management capacity of nonprofit organizations, the Support Center’s consulting and coaching fosters effective nonprofit leadership and resilient organizations that are accountable to their stakeholders. The Support Center works directly with chief executives, senior managers, and board members providing support in key impact areas including: strategic planning and restructuring; mergers and partnerships; board and fund development; fundraising; financial management; and program evaluation. The Support Center pools our organizational resources and taps into our extensive network to help nonprofits meet their challenges and sustain long term changes. Each of our 30+ affiliated consultants and coaches have worked in the nonprofit sector for an average of 20 years and bring a unique breadth and depth of experience to our assessment, consulting and coaching services.
