The Support Center pools our organizational resources and taps into our extensive network to help nonprofits meet their challenges and sustain long term changes. Each of our 30+ affiliated consultants and coaches have worked in the nonprofit sector for an average of 20 years and bring a unique breadth and depth of experience to our consulting and turnaround services.

Anne Gardon
Anne applies her 25 years of experience and training as an organizational consultant to helping mission-driven clients increase their impact.  Her experience spanning human services, education, health care, environmental advocacy and the arts translates into a strong base of knowledge about issues in nonprofit management and the needs of organizations at different stages in their development.  She speaks Spanish and has partnered with the Support Center to work with Diversity Funds and the Hispanic Resource Center.

Andree Lockwood
Andree has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator.  She conducts workshops and facilitates retreats on topics including communications skills, "training of the trainer," time and stress management, and customer service. Her Support Center clients include the Marfan Foundation and Safe Horizon.

John Vogelsang
John has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 30 years. His extensive experience consulting in the areas of organization development, planning, board development, evaluation, conflict management and executive director coaching. He has consulted with the Association of Black Foundation Executives (ABFE), Connecticut Health Foundation, New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (DDPC), and Police Organization Providing Peer Assistance (POPPA).

Janet Waterston
Janet is a human resources and organizational development consultant with over 20 years of experience.  Her consulting expertise includes supervisory, leadership and management development; employee relations; employment law; executive and management coaching; meeting and retreat facilitation; and organizational assessments.  She has worked with Annie E. Casey Foundation, Bridges, Child Care Council of Westchester, and the St. Nicholas Neighborhood Preservation Corporation.

Marie Zieger
Marie trains and consults internationally in the areas of fundraising, board and staff development, strategic planning, executive director coaching, effective meetings, supervisory skills, and team building. She has over 20 years of experience and was formerly a senior staff consultant at the Support Center.  Marie has worked with AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, Eastern Union County YWCA, Friends of New Jersey State Museum, and Joyful Heart Foundation.
