If you have a copy of our catalog, complete the "Workshop Registration
Form" (the last page of the catalog) and send it via mail or fax, using
the contact information listed on the form. You can also scan and email
a copy to Jamie Canton (jamie@supportcenteronline.org).
If you do not have a catalog, please send an email to Anneliese
Torgerson (anneliese@supportcenteronline.org)
and she will send you a PDF version. You will then be able to print,
complete, and send us your registration form, following the instructions
above.
